550 g can of red beans 2 large onions, diced 2 bell peppers, diced 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 500 g can of crushed tomatoes 2 cups of vegetable broth 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper (to taste) 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 lime, avocados (optional) Rice
Drain the beans from the can, and rinse with clean water. Heat the oil. Add the peppers and fry over low heat. Add the onions and garlic. When the onions are translucent, add the cayenne pepper. Add the tomatoes, broth, beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook covered over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve hot with rice, and with avocado and lime slices as garnish.

Yes, so delicious&exciting, I tried it, w/ some renovations... I just love cooking too. healthful&nutritious - amazing idea, it was fun I love it! Right; please more recipes... I had it filled.
