Is cottage cheese healthy? Also, is the yogurt nido banana flavor has many sugar? It tastes good but doesn't indicate how many sugars in it.

Yes, cottage cheese is a health option among other cheeses. It is actually low in fat.

The grated cheese doesn't pertain to a specific type of cheese and may be remove from the recipe. The salt should also be omitted to cut back on sodium and for the butter, I suggest to opt for a reduced-calorie butter or just don't put any since the ham slice has already the fat in it.
