3 large tomatoes 1 medium onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro (wansoy) juice of 2 calamansi Salt and pepper Jalapeño peppers or hot sauce (optional)
Chop tomatoes and onion, according to desired chunkiness. Combine with all other ingredients. Can also be made in a blender or food processor.
