Thai-Inspired Kangkong

1 cup fresh kangkong (cleaned and trimmed)
Canola oil
1 sili labuyo, sliced thinly
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Saute garlic in medium heat, mix the sili labuyo and kangkong evenly, pour on the soy sauce, and serve immediately. Don't overcook the kangkong. Sprinkle with some sesame oil. Perfect with any fried/grilled fish.

kangkong can be a good .cleansing , eat as salad too, with chopped ginger, onion bit of fish sauce and calamansi...try it..
