substitute for buttered rye bread?what is capsicum?

if you can't find rye bread, look for unsweetened dark bread...

Unsweetened dark bread = there is Nordic bread at the Farm Fresh stall in Market Market, Taguig. =) 160 per loaf, but it's so filling, you'll only need one slice.

is wheat bread ok?
posted by victoriacastillo on 26 April 2010
It should be fine if it's very hard to find rye or dark bread.

is leisure 18 coffee effective for losing weight?
posted by victoriacastillo on 8 September 2010
If berries are too expensive, you can use papaya, apples, grapes, pomelo, grapefruit, half an orange.... NOT mangoes or pineapples because they are too high in sugar!
