1 Kangkong (usually its per tali) 2 eggs flour salt pepper msg(optional) cooking oil
Procedure:
1. Cut the Kangkong into small pieces. Removed the bottom part . (Set aside)
2. Combine the flour, pepper,salt and eggs.
3. Have a thick mixture of the combined ingredients before putting the kangkong.
4. Heat the oil in the pan. Put a spoonful of the mixture to form a patty.
5. Cook till golden brown for both sides.
6. Enjoy the dish with vinegar
A healthy way of eating kangkong.

what about the oil? flour usually absorb a lot of oil especially with eggs.

We used to have kangkong crisps...for kids, maybe we could put in some ground pork or beef (lean)...with ketchup, it will surely be big hit to them without them knowing there's veggies in it. ^^
