I'm glad to share this to all after almost 3 months I lost 25 pounds / 12 kilos. I still need to lose 3 kilos more to get out of my obesity status. I thank GOD and my family for the strength that they gave me. The food intake nabawasan na pero syempre I used to eat pa rin. Nagiging tambayan ko ang belletoday since mawalan connection ang fb sa opis lol. Nakakaenjoy read at share ng ideas d2. Hi Im Hazel,my weight became a problem when I reached the age of 20.I am also diagonsed with PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease /or Syndrome)Most of us doesn't know anything about it, so please find out..But I learned many good things,like ask help, find support group, listen and learn..The food and exercise here can actually help you all, to lose weight or just to feel great..My dream is not to lose weight but to be healthy.. Now Im pregnant, happy and still watching my weight, I beat my problem and solve them atleast.So please enjoy life, set your goals. Everything will be alright. |

before i joined the belletoday weight lost program, my friends used to notice how wide my hips parang drum daw. now, after joining and religiously did what the program asked me to do daily, I lost 25 pounds ( from 160 lbs to now 135 lbs.) I started with belletoday in 2009 just after I gave birth to my 3rd child. I gained so much weight during the pregnancy and i was limited to strenous physical activities because of C-section. But when I started to drink more water as part of the program, losing weight became easy. It enabled me to curb my appetite and even taught me self control. The other programs that followed and all the tips I got from the members really helped me to be determined with my goal. Now I'm back to my normal weight(120 lbs) although I would like to lose some more. I play badminton at least once a week (if motherhood duties would allow) and plan to regularly visit the gym on saturdays. The best way to lose is really a sensible diet and exercise. Keeping your ideal weight should be part of your lifestyle and not just a temporary thing which you may tend to forget once you've reached your goal. Thanks to BelleToday for the encouragement! i was about 167..my vital is like straight of 44-38=48 and im so small im just 5.. oh no!!! can u imagine a drum heheeh.. when i reached 30's.. i have three kids and i need to be with them all the time... i noticed i dont have any figure i feel so fat and cant carry my own !!..then one day i finally realized i need to lose those fat... i intended attend to different exercises,gym,badminton for 3 long years... Now im about on my ideal weight of 118 and a vital of 36-29-36 of curz a liitle fatty on my tummy... so girls out there dont be shy be urself its not easy to lose but with ur help and self discipline u can ,, |

i come from a family that are mostly overweight and are struggling with weight problems, my mom is overweight so is my dad and 4 of my other sisters i used to be 180lbs and im only 5'2'' i had a hard time dieting but after 4 long years my weight dropped to a dramatic 106lbs.... yes i was able to slim down |

Belletoday, thanks so much for the little tips you give that made healthy living a habit. One change a week was almost unbelievably simple, but it worked. A lot of the tips, I'd been doing for quite sometime, but the very first one, WATER, was what finally kicked it off for me. I do my best to live a more active lifestyle, or at least, one that's got more movement. I love doing yoga exercises, and I've remembered some exercises we taught to pregnant women to replace walking just in case the weather won't allow it. I forgot the real name for it, I just call it Flex & Point. I grab every opportunity I can to walk -- it helps to have the supermarket at walking distance from your house -- making sure I tuck -- suck! -- in my tummy as much as I can. I've called it Pilates walking. ^_^And I've finally made it to normal. I still have a ways to go. Now that i've lost over ten pounds, I've got some extra jiggle I need to firm up, specially my thighs and triceps. And of course lower abs. But I'm not panicking. It's a big thing for me to see the results of healthier choices. I'm not aiming for a bikini competition (I think one-piece suits are sexier! hehe). My husband loves the change, and it's inspiring him to work on himself. He's actually slimmed down quite a bit, but his tummy has been slow to follow the rest of him so people think he's actually gotten fat!Thanks, belletoday! My name is Victoria. While I was studying, I weighed 130 pounds, wore sizes XL and L and 30-inch jeans, and had 33% body fat (the normal range should be no more than 25%).Since then, I've lost over 20 pounds and managed to keep it off by losing weight slowly but surely. I now wear sizes XS and S and 25-inch jeans. I was personally pleased when I first read the BelleToday program and saw that many of the habits that I continue to follow are elaborated and explained. I believe that proper information is the secret weapon to weight loss, and once you know important facts on nutrition and exercise, you're more aware of what you do with your body. |

The weighing scale told me i lost 14 lbs since january - the month i started with belletoday. I looked at the graph and realized that i was indeed losing pounds - on some weeks i plateaud but still, i was losing fat (i think) steadily. I didn't feel different except that my old skirts fit again and a lot of my friends commented on my slimmer silhoutte. I'm beginning to think i can really hit my desired weight. Yeah, slow but sure is the way to go! |

After 4 months of struggle and hardships, I already lost 22 pounds. I exercised 5-6 times a week at least 30 minutes everyday. I still maintain my diet and and hopefully by the end of December, I will be able to weigh 110 lbs as per doctor's advice. My liver problem is still there although there is a big improvement when I had my check up last July 24. I still need to continue MyraE for a year. Discipline is my key to succed in my weightloss program. Eating out is no longer my cup of tea. There are more healthy foods when you cook them by yourselves. Prayers are also my best weapon in this warfare. |

I thank GOD for the strength that he gave me. Everyday is no longer a struggle. The amount of food does not matter anymore and whatever food i have during meals i simply enjoyed it. Even if they seem to be monotonous serving, they seem to taste differently. I enjoyed reading your blogs co'z it inspires me that there are people sharing their life with me. Tomorrow, July 22, I will be having my blood chemistry to find out the levels of my SGPT/SGOT. This will be my indicator that my liver has recovered. The day after, i will undergo a liver ultrasound to further verify my liver and then on Saturday, i will see my doctor for confirmation. Thank you for bearing with me in this health battle.
