lalo bang nakakataba ang pagtigil ng daily exercise?

mas lalo po bang nakakataba ang pagtigil ng daily exercise? kasi po ako nung una nag eexercise po ako.. mga aerobics, minsan belly dancing... tapos ang weighht ko po nun ay 68 kg ngaun natigil ang pag exercise ko napansin ko na naging 70 kg na ako... ngaun 2loy prang tinamad na lalo akong mag exercise....

 Hi I'm Pinkrose, from my experience mas lalo kang tataba kapag biglan kang huminto ng pag eexcercise...siempre tatamarin k,  kc the more na tumaba ka mas mabigat ang katawan mong kumilos..kaya..kung eager ka talagang pumayat dapat disciplinado mo ang katawan mo, kahit na tinatamad kang gumising ng umaga,  pilitin mo..isipin mo gusto mong pumayat...

haven't tried the gym yet but i want to because I am struggling hard to loose weight. after college I gained a lot and it's so frustrating. Is it advisable?

Unfortunately, many people drop out of exercise programs because they don’t get the weight loss results they want right away.  People should focus on goals that are modest, achievable and realistic. The key is to start slowly and build up, but take your time getting there.

hi ms. victoria..effective po ba yung elliptical bicycle..I have no time to go to gym..tinatamad din ako magexercise sa haus pagdating, naisip ko kung me bike at least mamomotivate ako gumamit ..sa ngayon daily 5 mins. every morning kinakaya ko kahet mahirap un kase ang turo ng toby's

Oh, I love the elliptical bicycle/trainer. That was one of my first few workouts. Honestly, kulang ang 5 minutes lang. You need at least 30 minutes. 45-60 minutes at least 4x a week would be better.

hello kezz30 pareho pala tayo nag problem napansin ko nag huminto akong mag gym ay lalo akong tumaba.ang hirap talagang magpapayat....hindi ko nga alam kung papano mag pataba. 

Hi just to share my thoughts, Actually, food parin naman ang bottom line dyan hinde ang exercise, sa dami parin ng kinakain natin tapos if we have slow metabolism coupled with poor discipline, mas mahirap..masarap kc kumain eh..hehehe but if we can do after six diet or fruit  or salad nalang sa dinner makaka lose weight din tayo.  Ako naka 10 lbs na ng na lose pero super bagal ng progress as in 5 or 6months ata yung 10 lbs nayun.  Kase nag be breast feed parin ako, ang hirap mag diet pag me baby kaya little by little lang..pero talagang puro wheat bread, cereal,fruits,veg, puro nilagang me malonggay and chicken breast lang ako and some foods na walang cholesterol.  At least from 140lbs, nasa 130 lbs nalang ako..10 more lbs to lose pa.. pero I'm still trying 50 mins exercise a day 5x a week , more on jogging/running in place 20mins, stationary bike10mins, abs slender 5 mins, instant abs machine 70 counts, and abs sling 100 counts in the comfort of my home.   I usually get up at 5:30am then after drinking nesvita milk  start na yung exercise routine ko at 6:00am to 7am before attending to my children's need.  Bago naman ako papasok sa shop ko.  Sometimes, feeling ko na used up na lahat ang adrenaline ko sa morning palang kc I have to do a lot of things before going to work especially pag nag exercise pako..But I believe, na in doing so..mas minamahal ko ang family ko by staying healthy para mas makasama at maalagaan ko sila ng matagal.

If you don't make any adjustments in your diet, of course. If you resume exercise again, then you'll lose weight again.

I also used to think that I could stop exercising once I had reached my target weight. But reading up on studies, I realized the importance of regular physical activity to maintain weight. I still exercise to maintain my weight, but not as intense as when I had to exercise to lose weight.

hello! im a new member of this blog... i am desperate to lose weight, especially d excess flabs, souvenir of my second pagbubuntis. i read that ur into jump rope... and i literally drooled when u wrote ur average is 3,000 jumps! oh my goodness! i really have to step up, when i reach 100 jumps, i just cant go on anymore. any tips? i do 20 minute-jog mwf. my goal is to lose 10 pounds before my son's 1st year bday this august. is that achievable?
