Abdominal breathing


For a stress-free pregnancy, relax with this simple breathing exercise to prevent shortness of breath, which is a common complaint during pregnancy. Abdominal breathing will promote relaxation, oxygenate your lower abdomen, and massage the abdominal muscles. Do this breathing exercise several times a day, especially when you feel tired or stressed. This will help you relax. This exercise can be safely practiced daily. Repeat ten times, and do the exercise 2 or 3 times a day, every day.
