The rowing machine is a complete cardiovascular and training exercise, as it works 80% of the muscles in the body. It improves the cardiovascular system and tones muscles at the same time.

The device is not recommended for people with back problems or injuries. Remember to adopt the proper posture to avoid injury. Keep your back straight, and your shoulders vertical to the pelvis. Start with 10-minute-long sets while maintaining the same pace. Accelerate your pace (or lengthen the duration) as you increase experience and endurance.
