Starting position:
- Lie on a bench, or another elevated flat surface off the ground, with a dumbbell in each hand. Extend your arms and slightly bend your elbows.

Movements::
- While inhaling, bring the dumbbells up to shoulder height.
- While exhaling, bring the dumbbells up until they meet together. This exercise is not recommended for obese people.

- Chest muscles

it also use but but it takes an hour to make you sweat
