My name is Marian and I'm a foodie. I love to eat and I eat a lot, so working out is mandatory. Thing is, I devour food like a man, and end up feeling guilty about it so I make up for it by sweating it out at the gym. But once I'm done, it's back to the same ol' ruckus of non-stop eating again. My goal is to lose 10 lbs and keep it that way. I know maintenance is a b*tch so I hope I muster the strength to keep the pounds off! I also want to develop proper eating habits- and when I mean proper, it's eating food with the right mind and not losing self-control once food is set in front of me. Bingeing and cheat days are ok, as long as I don't do it almost everyday (which I ALWAYS end up doing, by the way!)

My name is...Rose...been struggling with my on and off weight for a while. and now ive decided to take the pounds off and have it off for good! so far, coming from 180lbs (february 2009), im now 154lbs (january 2010) and my goal weight is 110lbs (on or before october 2010)...but initially, i want to loss at the most about 30lbs by april 2010

hello.. i used to be so skinny. but when i gave birth to my third child three years ago, i find it hard to lose wieght. i tried dieting but it always ends up a mess. i saw this website in facebook and i thought i might just try joining, who knows, this could help me win my three years battle against these stubborn fats.. good luck to me :)

I have Daily exercise in the morning, i attended a Taeborobics exercise every morning that last for 1hour, from Tuesday to Sunday..every morning i eat only 3 pcs of pandesal and 1 cup of coffee, i only eat rice at lunch, i avoided too much fatty food because of my up and down blood pressure and my heart always palpitate...
